We take great pride in the quality of our whiskies and specialty food items, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and undamaged goods. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, perishable items and opened bottles cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original Glenmorangie gift boxes and protective outer shipping cartons to prevent breakage during transit.
- 3.Ship Your Return
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
